As Director of New World Insurance Group of Companies, Hei presides over the entire operations of New World Insurance. Hei first joined the insurance industry in 1981, and since then has held senior positions at some of the leading insurance organizations in the region. His valuable experience spans virtually all aspects of insurance services. In addition to his primary responsibilities of business development, Hei also continues to provide invaluable risk management advice to his clients. Prior to his appointment as Director, he was Chief Executive of the Group's various subsidiaries in Asian Pacific regions.

Patrick started his career in the insurance industry after his graduation from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1987. He first joined the insurance broking arm of a British conglomerate as an Executive Trainee and was the General Manager in charge of retail broking and its China operations when he left the company after 13 years of service. In 2000, he moved onto an international bank taking up a global role for its Bancassurance activities and gained much exposure in the Asian region. Patrick joined New World Insurance in 2003 and was appointed Chief Executive in 2006. He is actively involved in public services in the industry and was elected as President of the Hong Kong Insurers Club for 2010/11. In December 2006, he was also elected to the General Committee of the Hong Kong Confederation of Insurance Brokers representing Members interests.

Solomon embarked upon his insurance career in 1989 after obtaining his Bachelor Degree in Canada in 1986. He has held various managerial positions with insurance broking firms and insurance companies and has extensive experience in broking, underwriting and marketing. His specialized knowledge in the Greater China insurance market has played a key role in the China division of New World Insurance. Solomon holds a qualified broker license in China.

Pauline Cheung

Pauline started her career as an insurance broker in 1988. Before that she worked for both insurance and re-insurance companies. In 1991, she joined New World Insurance and is now responsible for major corporate accounts of New World subsidiaries as well as non-New World Group businesses. She specialises in Scheme type business and handles most of the Directors and Officers coverage for our clientele.

Before joining New World Insurance in 2004, Riche worked in an international broking firm for over thirteen years handling all classes of property & casualty insurance. He is particularly well versed in handling large corporate and institutional accounts.

Eddie started his insurance career in 1971 and has held senior managerial positions in some leading insurance companies. He has extensive experience in all aspects of insurance, including marketing, underwriting, claims handling and reinsurance arrangement.

Johnny Ho

Johnny started his career in insurance in 1976. He has held several senior positions in various insurance companies and hence built up extensive experience and good market connections in Macau and the neighbouring area. He is the Account Manager of the Macau Branch Office responsible for business development in Macau, Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta Region in Mainland China

Michael began his career in the insurance industry in 1988 after obtaining a Professional Diploma in Business Studies (Insurance) from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He holds a Master degree in Finance and is experienced in Claims and serving clients from different industries. Michael joined New World Insurance in 2004 and is now serving clients in the transportation, logistic and hotel industries. He is also involved in regional insurance program and serving overseas clients.

Andy has much experience in claims especially in property, casualty, liability and engineering risks. He can also provide professional claims management advice to the clients.
